"Masala" means spice, and "Chai" is simply the generic term for "tea" in Hindi and Swahili. Masala chai is made by brewing  black tea with milk, sugar and a mixture of aromatic Indian spices and herbs.  Its history began thousands of years ago in ancient royal court and today it is a common beverage in India and Middle East and it became popular all over the world.
We have combined an unadulterated flavor of Indian cocoa beans with milk, spices, tea and sugar, and now everyone could have a bite of this chocolate and be transferred to a mysterious and unique India!
